The same with famous tapas, one of the greatest Spanish contributions to gastronomy worldwide. But selecting the right places to spotting the really good bites needs some training, and that’s where we come in! We also propose culinary experiences around extra virgin oil, Iberian jam and all our best products, in the countryside or during a local market visit with cooking class.
